Benefiting American Society of Young Musicians (A.S.Y.M)

It is going to be an  unforgettably charitable night with the stars!  It is an Exclusive Hollywood event presented by The Multi-Cultural Motion Picture Association (MMPA) on February 10, 2011 at the stellar Celebrity Centre located at 5930 Franklin Ave, Hollywood, CA from 7 P.M.-10 P.M. Join us for an unforgettably amazing evening of celebration.

As you may know, For 18 years The MMPA is highly recognized for it's annual highly anticipated Diversity Awards where they honor Hollywood's elite whose overall body of work , behind or in front of the camera, has brought dignity and credibility to their chosen work, which have been an example and inspiration for others to follow. Past honorees include Oliver Stone, Michael Mann, Halle Berry, Taraji P. Henson, The Cast of Glee, Salma Hayek,Chow Yun Fat, Dakota Fanning  and Robert DeNiro just to name a few. in addition, one of MMPA's commitments is to bring people together from all arenas in the entertainment community while celebrating everyone's contribution s and diversity. 

The Hollywood Pre-Grammy Benefit  Kickoff will benefit the American Society of Young Musicians (ASYM) a 501c3 non-profit arts foundation comprised of individuals in the music and entertainment Industry i.e, business leaders, physicians, art patrons, scholars, and others, who together, share a common commitment to the enrichment both educationally and musically of America's Young Musicians. ASYM's programs include  Mentor and Leadership, Development and Support Fund and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Referral. ASYM has provided hundreds of scholarships to underprivileged students for over 18 years.

MMPA's Hollywood Benefit Kickoff will be an extraordinary event unlike no other. The stage will explode with incredible performances by Recording artists Hip Hop/Golf Sensation Lil Jordan,  Pop Diva Destenee, Pop/R&B artist Tionne Williams, Rising, SuperstarPop Group Misha Rose and Heavy Hitting Artist Rele. The runway will be dazzling with a grand fashion show featuring sizzling looks from BeBe directly from their corporate headquarters in Century City. You will be the first to see these precious items before they hit the stores!!!!

There will also be a display from some of today's fab designs by some hot designers such as Rouge Clothing by Donna Melikian, Uneek Connections and Tutto Italy Connections.

Exquisite pieces from one of Hollywood's unveiling jewelry line, Sophisticated Stones will not only be available for your viewing pleasure but also 50 pieces will be donated for the gift bags.!

Red Carpet will be glowing with today's brightest including a special presentation by world renowned Director/Producer Chris Donovan (Golden Globes and Spirit Awards) , Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Hawaii Five 0, Mortal Combat)  Bonnie Pointer, Cast Members from Bad Girls Club Season 4 and 5, Members from Legendary Motown Group The Miracles, Doug Jones (Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Pans Labyrith)  .
