Comedienne Luenell shines in February as she takes over TV airwaves appearing in comedy shows on a variety of networks, from Showtime to HBO to TV One to ABC.  The quick-witted comic will demonstrate why she is comedy’s “brightest star” (EURweb columnist).

It was just a few years ago that audiences became acquainted with Luenell through her several appearances  on” BET’s Comic View” as well as Katt Williams’ Pimp Chronicles Tours I and II. Through these vehicles fans across the country in urban communities were able to partake in the Luenell “experience” and see her spitfire comedy performance up close.  In earlier years, Luenell twinkled on the big screen in films,” The Rock” and “Never Die Alone,” but she didn’t light up the sky until the big time blockbuster “Borat.”  Ever since then, it’s been up, up and away.

Memorable roles in films such as “All About Steve” with Sandra Bullock have continued to catapult Luenell into the mainstream world branding her as a bonafide “pop” cult talent, generating global acclaim and media adoration.

In February, Luenell’s star power will lead the line-up of luminaries as she shines bright on television , starring in such specials as, The Laugh Out Loud Comedy Festival on Showtime (www.lolcomedy.tv)  and  “Way Black When: Primetime” on TV One both airing on Thursday, February 3rd.  On Saturday, February 12th Luenell heads for Vegas to perform at the Rio in the Palace Crown Theatre then jets back to  LA to attend the premiere of her newest film project 35 and Ticking” at the Pan African Film Fest to be held at the Culver City Plaza Theatre  on Wednesday, February 16th. Her role as a helpful receptionist in a fertility clinic will have her audiences howling like a coyote on the night of the full moon.  Then on Friday, February 18th, Luenell will appear on "Funny or Die" in a segment entitled The Burn Unit on HBO.

Continuing her domination of the month, Luenell will take the stage at the Improv on Melrose on Saturday, February 19th along with former Pimp Chronicles compadre Red Grant in an NBA All Stars comedy show entitled “Mo’ Better & Mo’ Funny Uncensored.”   After her two shows at the Improv (8PM and 10PM performances), Luenell will head to the NBA All Stars Weekend mega bash hosted by Matt Barnes @ The LA Athletic Club. There, Luenell’s good friend from the Bay, comedian Ricky Del Rosario, will be releasing his DVD at the same event.

After taking a couple of days to catch up on her beauty sleep, Luenell will reclaim her mastery of the month by performing at Jamie Foxx’s Monday night Foxx Hole @ The Conga Room on Monday, February 21st.

Luenell will continue to roll out the credits guest-appearing on ABC’s primetime hit “The Middle” which stars Patricia Heaton formerly of “Everybody Loves Raymond” on Wednesday, February 23rd.

Luenell closes out the month by attending many Oscar events the weekend of February 27th
